What is a credit?
One balance for everything you make. A minute of finished video costs 10–30 credits depending on the format (see the rates above). Each video is rounded up to the next whole credit, with a minimum of 1.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Credits never expire. Subscription credits are added to your balance every billing cycle and stack with any top-ups you buy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — Manage subscription opens the Paddle customer portal where you can cancel or view invoices. Credits already in your balance stay yours.
How do refunds work?
Payments are processed by Paddle. Contact support and we'll handle refund requests case by case; refunded credits are removed from your balance. Full details in the refund policy.
What happens when I run out?
Generation simply asks you to top up first — nothing is ever charged automatically beyond your plan.
